When Will A Technician Arrive?

Our technicians will call you 30 minutes in advance of their arrival. If there is no answer, they will wait for 10 minutes before moving on to their next service call. Please call our service center to reschedule your appointment.

Installation of Customers Parts

Should you request us to install a part that is not supplied by Danny’s Appliance we cannot, under any circumstance, warranty or guarantee the repair. This includes additional parts or house call trips to complete the repairs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our ninety-day warranty period, we will return “for free” and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we will fix it “for free”! If the machine has another problem, we will treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house.

Model Number

We use your model number to research your particular appliance before the job to look for any service bulletins put out by the manufacturer, download any applicable manuals and diagrams onto our portable device, and also pull any parts out of our inventory to bring along for the job. These are such important steps that we pretty much insist on knowing your model number ahead of time, unless you are physically unable to get it for us.

Discounts and Coupons

We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens, active military personal, full time police and fire fighters. This can be used toward any type of repair. It cannot be used towards the Diagnostic Fee. We also offer online monthly specials. Discounts and coupons are valid during normal working hours and must be presented during time of diagnosis. Coupons cannot be combined with other specials or offers.

Refunds

If the repair cannot be completed due to an unforeseen difficulty such as a part that is no longer available or a diagnosis that is changed, we offer a refund of your deposit less your service call charges. Please allow 10 working days for processing of refunds.

Returns for Store Credit

We will gladly issue a Store Credit for any appliance purchased at Danny’s Appliance within the first 48 Hours after delivery. Items returned to Danny’s will be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee and, if required, a Pickup Fee which will be the same as the Delivery Fee to your location.

For your complete satisfaction verify the dimensions of the appliance you order and make sure that it will fit through all access areas as well as the final destination.

Make sure that you order the correct appliance for your utility connection. For stoves, ranges and dryers confirm whether you have a gas connection, an electric connection or a propane connection. Propane stoves and dryers require a conversion kit that is different for each model. Make sure that you order the appropriate conversion kit at the time of purchase, so that your installation goes smoothly.

Deposits

Due to manufactures policies, once we have ordered a part, we cannot stop or cancel it. We require a 50 % deposit that equates to half the repair cost.

Parts Orders

Danny’s Appliance has one of the largest inventories on parts on every service van. Sometimes it is necessary to order special parts that are unique to your appliance model. In this case, we order your part as soon as possible using our state of the art system. Parts orders usually take between 2 and 4 business days. Your job quote includes standard shipping. Should you request a rush order, we can arrange it at an additional cost.

Re-quoting a Repair

On a rare basis, a technician may give a quote that cannot be fulfilled. This can happen for several reasons including: the original part is no longer available, the part or labor price changes, or the repair requires additional updated assemblies. We will do our best to keep the repair cost as affordable as possible. Should the cost exceed a reasonable amount, you have the option of a deposit refund.

Payments

All services are performed on a C.O.D. basis. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Quote Over The Phone

With the huge number of brands, models, and types of appliances out there – not to mention the increasing use of computer boards in appliances – appliance troubleshooting is much more complex than it used to be. We want to be confident in any price quote we give you, Unfortunately we do not quote over the phone.

No Problem Found

If the problem with your appliance does not present itself during our visit, YOU will only be responsible for the Diagnostic Fee.

Pricing

We use the MASPG national flat rate price blue book to calculate the job rate. We consider many factors when pricing a repair. They include salaries, cost of parts, insurance ,fuel, taxes, telephones, just to list a few. All parts and installation is included in our estimate.

Diagnostic Fee

The Diagnostic Fee is the initial trip to your location to diagnose the issue with your Major Appliance. Once we have diagnosed the issue, we will then provide you the price to repair. If you agree with the price to repair, we will ” Waive” the diagnostic fee. We leave the decision to YOU, if YOU chose not to have the appliance repaired YOU will only be responsible for the Diagnostic Fee. Our repair fee will be one price, which will include parts, labor and any additional trips (if part is not available on service vehicle).
